Where are you located?
- How Do I Find the Supplies For My Printer?
- Starting at our
Home Page, Click on "Printer &
Typewriter Ribbons" or <"Inkjet
Cartridges".
- Click on your printer make.
- Click on your printer model.
- You will be presented with a page showing the supplies for your
printer.
- How do I place an order?
- Click on an "Order" link below the item you wish to order.
- If you wish to change a quantity, enter the new quantity and
click "Recalculate".
- Click on one of the payment options.
- Click on an "Order" link below the item you wish to order and the
shipping & handling cost will be displayed.
- Depending on which warehouse your order ships from, your order
may ship via United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.
- After clicking on the "Order" Link, Under "Choose payment option"
click "Check or money order".
- Fill in your address information.
- Click "Prepare Order Form" near the bottom of the page. You will
then be presented with a
filled in order form with our address on it to send in with your
payment. If you are in a state that we collect sales tax for, you
will need to choose your tax status and click "Prepare Order Form"
again.
- If our address is not on the form, you probably didn't click
"Prepare Order Form".
- Print the form and send it in with your payment.
- Using this form will ensure that your order is not delayed due to
errors in the sales tax or shipping & handling.

- Because 99% of our orders are entered online, we do not have
operators standing by. You may need to leave a message and
have us call you back.
- Because of the extra manual processing required for phone
orders, the handling charge is higher than for internet orders.
- Because email is not secure, we strongly recommend that you
never send credit card information by email.
- Yes, after you click on "Credit Card" under payment options, you
will be directed to our secure site. You should then see the
lock icon on your browser that indicates that all
information is sent in encripted form.
- Businesses rated lower risk by Dun & Bradstreet, government
agencies, and educational institutions may apply for an account
with Net 30 terms. The shipping and billing addresses must be
actual business locations in the United States. We do not accept
purchase orders with lengthy terms and conditions.
